Returns Policy

In compliance with Australian consumer law, goods may be returned or exchanged if faulty, not as described or not fit for the purpose specified. We ask you to please make your claim within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns if you change your mind, choose the wrong product or size/scale, or if items have been used.

Please contact us on (02) 4908 1644 or BEFORE shipping a return to us. If you do not contact us to discuss your individual situation first, may not be able to accept your return.   Where a return request is accepted, you may choose between a replacement, repair or refund.  Refunds do not apply to items on sale, only credits will be issued.

Returns must be packaged with the same level or care as the original items were sent, including adequate bubble wrap or cardboard protection. We may not be able to accept returns that are damaged during shipping due to inadequate packing. Where possible, please return items in the original packaging. For your protection, we suggest that you send your goods back using a shipping service that includes tracking.

Where refund is granted, we will credit your original method of payment with the cost of the returned merchandise. If the refund is due to an issue fitting under Australian consumer law, we WILL refund shipping. If the refund is not an issue fitting under Australian consumer law, we WILL NOT refund freight. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
